Ordering ProcessWe hope you enjoy shopping on our site. Once you have made your selection and placed your order, we will design your proof. After you have reviewed your proof and sign off on any revisions, your order will go into production. It will take between 2 to 3 weeks to complete your order upon confirmation of your proof. Please note that once confirmation has been made on your proof, the sale is final.
Please Note: In order to receive a proof of your order and invoice, please remove your spam blocker or add us to your recipient list. We cannot guarantee receipt of your proof if this action is not taken. If you do not receive a proof within five (5) days, please contact info@dulynoteddesigns.com.
Custom DesignsIf you have been inspired by the designs on our site but desire to create your own custom note card, invitation or enclosure card, we would love to help you. Please send an email to
info@dulynoteddesigns.com and we will guide you through the design process. There is a $25.00 fee for each custom design.
Privacy PolicyWe do not sell or exchange names or any information you provide us for your orders. The information that is stored in your account allows us to contact you about your order and provides us the information to ship your order. We do not store your credit card information.
SecurityProtecting your information is a priority to us. We use a secure server with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of the information for your online order. SSL encrypts all information before it is sent to us.
US Orders ONLYAt this time, we can only accept orders within the 50 United States. Please note that we cannot accommodate shipping outside the continental US.
Payment OptionsBecause we are committed to making sure your credit card information is secure, we use a third party vendor, PayPal. All prices are in U.S. dollars and will be billed in U.S. dollars according to credit card companys policies. VA residents will be charged a 5% Sales Tax during Checkout.
ShippingIt is our intent to ship 24 to 48 hours after the order has been printed. We will provide you with a shipping tracking number once the order has been shipped so you can track its progress. We do not ship on the weekends or national holidays. Please note that delays in shipping your order may occur due to weather conditions or other situations out of our control. ReturnsIt is important to us that you are satisfied with your order. We work tirelessly to make sure that all proofs are to your satisfaction, but once you have signed off on the proof of personalized stationery, invitations, announcements, or enclosure cards, they can not be returned for a refund.
